Welcome to Dabingo! These terms govern your use of the Dabingo mobile application and website. By using Dabingo, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally written in plain language because legal jargon helps nobody.
1. What Dabingo Is
Dabingo is a free mobile application for playing Bingo with friends and family. It supports Classic 75-ball Bingo and Vietnamese Lô Tô (90-ball). It is a game for entertainment only.
2. This Is Not Gambling
Dabingo is not a gambling application. There is no real money wagered, won, or lost. There are no virtual coins, tokens, or in-game currency. Dabingo is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Any use of Dabingo for real-money gambling is expressly prohibited and a violation of these terms.
3. Age Requirements
Dabingo is designed for users of all ages (4+). Children under 13 may use the app without creating an account (guest mode requires only a nickname). Account creation for hosting features may require a parent or guardian's consent where required by applicable law.
4. Accounts
Guest players: You do not need an account to play. You join games with a room code and a nickname. Your data is ephemeral and deleted when the game room expires (within 24 hours).
Registered hosts: You may optionally create an account to access host features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
5. User Conduct
When using Dabingo, you agree to:
- Choose display names that are appropriate for all ages
- Not use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language
- Not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the game
- Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
- Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to remove players or close rooms that violate these conduct rules.
6. The Service
Dabingo is provided "as is" and "as available." We are a small, independent app and we do our best, but we cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- That the app will be free of bugs or errors
- Specific performance or latency metrics
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Game rooms are ephemeral and automatically expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
7. Intellectual Property
The Dabingo name, logo, design, and code are the property of Dabingo. The game of Bingo itself is in the public domain. Lô Tô is a traditional Vietnamese game. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Dabingo app or its source code.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect as little as possible and sell nothing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dabingo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is zero dollars because Dabingo is free.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users through the app. Continued use of Dabingo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, because lawsuits over a free bingo app would be silly.
