What is Dabingo?
Dabingo is a free family bingo app with Classic 75-ball and Vietnamese Lô Tô. Host private rooms, play with family across the room or across the country. No ads, no casino, no hidden fees.
Do I need an account to play?
No! Guest players join with just a nickname and room code. Hosts can optionally create an account for additional features, but it is not required.
How many players can join a game?
Up to 20 players per room. One host plus up to 19 players.
Is Dabingo really free?
Yes, 100% free. No ads, no in-app purchases, no hidden fees. Premium features like AI caller voices are included free during our launch period.
Is it safe for kids?
Rated 4+. No gambling, no ads, no chat. Players only see nicknames. All game data is deleted within 24 hours.
What devices does Dabingo work on?
iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Players need iOS 15+ or Android 10+.
Can we play across different countries?
Absolutely! As long as everyone has an internet connection, they can join from anywhere in the world.
What happens if I lose my connection?
Dabingo auto-reconnects you to your game. Your card and progress are saved server-side, so nothing is lost.
How long do game rooms last?
Rooms stay active while players are in them. Inactive rooms expire after 24 hours.
What is Lô Tô?
Lô Tô is a traditional Vietnamese bingo game using 90 balls and 9x3 cards with progressive wins. It is hugely popular at Vietnamese festivals and family gatherings.
How to Play
Step-by-step guides for every game mode.
Classic Bingo (75-Ball)
- The host creates a room and shares a 6-letter code
- Players join with the code and pick a nickname
- Each player gets a unique 5x5 card with B-I-N-G-O columns
- The host calls numbers (manually or auto-call)
- Players tap matching numbers on their card to daub them
- Complete a winning pattern and tap "BINGO!" to claim your win
- The server verifies the claim -- no cheating possible!
Vietnamese Lô Tô (90-Ball)
- Same room setup -- host creates, players join
- Each player gets a 9x3 card with numbers 1-90
- Numbers are called one by one from the pool of 90
- Players daub matching numbers on their card
- Progressive wins: complete 1 row, then 2 rows, then full card
- Shout "Kinh!" when you complete a winning row
Hosting a Game
- Open Dabingo and tap "Host a Game"
- Choose your game mode (Classic Bingo or Lô Tô)
- Select a win pattern (Classic) or leave as progressive (Lô Tô)
- Share the 6-letter room code with players
- When everyone is ready, tap "Start Game"
- Call numbers manually or enable auto-call (3-15 second intervals)
- When someone claims a win, the server verifies it instantly
- Start a new round or close the room when done
Troubleshooting
Having issues? Find solutions to common problems below.
I can't join a room
Make sure you are entering the correct 6-letter code (case-insensitive). Check that the room has not expired (rooms last 24 hours). The host must have the room open and the game must not yet be at max players (20).
The game feels laggy
Dabingo needs a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Close other apps that might be using bandwidth.
I got disconnected
Dabingo automatically reconnects you. If it does not reconnect, close and reopen the app. Your game progress is saved on the server, so nothing is lost.
My Bingo claim was rejected
The server verifies all claims. Make sure you have completed the correct winning pattern selected by the host. Check that all your daubed numbers were actually called.
The app crashed
Reopen the app and you will be reconnected to your game automatically. If crashes persist, try updating to the latest version or reinstalling the app.
Vietnamese characters are not displaying correctly
Dabingo uses the Nunito font which supports full Vietnamese diacritics. Make sure your device language settings are up to date. If issues persist, try restarting the app.
